Subprocessors

JetApps, Inc. and its applicable affiliates, including JetApps, LLC (collectively, “JetApps”), use certain third-party service providers and affiliates to Process customer-controlled Personal Data on behalf of JetApps customers in connection with the JetBackup Services. These providers are referred to as Subprocessors.

JetApps evaluates Subprocessors before engaging them and requires them to maintain appropriate data-protection, confidentiality, and security obligations applicable to the services they provide.

This page identifies Subprocessors that may Process customer-controlled Personal Data in connection with the applicable JetBackup Services. Not every Subprocessor is used for every customer or Service.

Changes to this list

JetApps may update this page when it adds, replaces, or removes a Subprocessor.

Where required by an applicable agreement or Data Protection Law, JetApps will provide advance notice of an intended addition or replacement of a Subprocessor and provide the applicable customer, or where required the relevant Controller, an opportunity to object on reasonable and documented data-protection grounds.
